I remember so vividly wanting to NOT want the baby so bad. I wanted for it to stop being the only thing I thought about. I wanted for it to stop being the only thing I googled about.And I  wanted for it to stop feeling so tight in my body all the time. I knew I was attached the outcome. I had this level of awareness. But I didn’t know HOW to shift this exhausting need to get pregnant. Here are some questions to ask yourself to know if you’re attached: Do you think getting pregnant will: make all your problems go away? make you more loveable? make your mind stop racing? If you answered yes, I can 100% totally relate. But these thoughts (just thoughts…not reality) only keep you somehow even more attached to the outcome. The best part? They are all illusory thoughts that your monkey mind repeatedly uses on you, to keep you motivated by its aggressive call to chase. Go harder. Fight more. Because without this level of aggression, the monkey mind would die and cease to exist so strongly in your life. But if you listen to your body — despite the noise in your mind — you can hear… or more accurately FEEL how exhausted it is. Naturally. And by noting this, you realize that it’s guiding you to choose another way. In this weeks podcast, I’m going to teach you how to see your worth, detach from the need to get pregnant and welcome a happy, healthy desire that is motivated entirely by self-love.
